Thanks to the reach of technology today, reserving a table at Central Restaurant Lima is easier and more convenient than ever for you. Today the process has been simplified to ensure a rewarding experience from the first step to the last bite.
- Online search: The first step is to know that the Central Lima Peru Restaurant website is enabled so you can enter at any time and make a reservation directly.
- Date and Time Selection: Already within the Central Restaurant Lima website you can select the desired date and time for your reservation. An interactive calendar shows available times.
- Number of People and Special Preferences: After you have selected the date and time, you are also asked to indicate the number of people and you can request something special, such as a window table or dietary requirements.
- Payment and Confirmation: At the end of the process the system asks us for the information of a credit or debit card (no amount is charged), when you proceed you will receive an instant confirmation on the screen and simultaneously by email.

Important: You have the option of making a cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. If you miss this time or do not show up for the reservation, $35.00 dollars per person will automatically be charged as a penalty.

It is better known as The Experimental, an option from Central’s menú in which the exploration of new flavors is sought, it contains, more experimental techniques resulting in a much more extensive flavor. - PLANT ECOSYSTEMS EXPERIENCE
An option from Central’s menú that provides a journey of flavors through the varieties of vegetables in the different ecosystems, closely linked to the climate, this option gives us a quite peculiar flavor. All the menu varieties inside the Central Lima Restaurant have the same price of s/1480.00 Peruvian soles per person. If you wish, you can add drinks for pairing, such as:
