Among the main visionaries who promoted the creation and foundation of the Lima Art Museum is an art historian known as Manuel A. De Vinatea who promoted it from the beginning, promoting the mission that the Lima Art Museum focuses on art, education and cultural dialogue, being an icon of relevance in the national identity.
