Once you arrive to the international Lima’s airport, look for your Auri Travel representative holding a sign with your name on it! We know you’ll most likely be a little tired after your long flight, so we’ll save you the stress of trying to navigate and bring you straight to your hotel located adjacent to the airport, where you can shake off that icky flight feeling with a shower and a sleep. Enjoy a peaceful night’s rest.

This morning, assistance from your hotel to the airport to take your flight to the Cusco City.

This morning, once you arrive to the Andean Cusco Airport, your private guide will pick you up to start your adventure in the the Sacred Valley. Our first stop will be Awanacancha “Living Museum”, where you will learn about the weaving process and you will come face-to-face with the lovely South American camelids, including alpacas, guanacos, vicuñas. Also, you will have the chance to feed them.

Your journey will take you to Pisaq traditional market, which is famous for its beautiful handicrafts that delight thousands of visitors every year. Textiles, vegetables and silver jewelry are just some of the items that are sold here.

Then, delight yourself with a savory lunch featuring the most delicious Peruvian dishes.

Our next stop will be Pisaq ruins, we will explore some Incan archaeological sites, including ornate palaces and temples, and magnificent agricultural terraces on the mountains. This was one of the major agricultural centers of the Incan Empire and is one of the most beautiful towns of the Sacred Valley. From here, you’ll be able to see the verdant farmland where the Incas once cultivated their crops and where modern-day Quechua people continue to farm.

At the end of the tour your guide will leave you in your hotel located in the hearth of the Sacred Valley of the Incas to spend a peaceful night rest.

Today is a big day! This morning, transfer to the train station to board your scenic train to Aguas Calientes. Then, your expert guide will accompany you by bus up to Machu Picchu. Perched at 7,970 feet above sea level and 1,240 feet above the Urubamba river in the Sacred Valley, discover this hidden area that was covered by mountains and semi-tropical jungles for almost 400 years.

Immerse yourself in-depth 2-hour tour, your private guide will show you the mysteries and magic of Machu Picchu by visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sundial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of Three Windows and some other cemeteries. Afterward you will have plenty of free time to take pictures, explore, and enjoy the amazing panoramic view from the plateau of the iconic Ancient Citadel.

Make your way to Aguas Calientes by bus. Finally, take your train to Ollaytaytambo train station, once you get there, we will be waiting for you to bring you to your hotel located in Cusco. Spend a quiet evening.

Spend the morning soaking up the mystery of the Capital of the Inca Empire.

This afternoon, your expert guide will pick you up from your hotel to start your tour. Discover mysterious alleyways, emblematic squares, and covered treasures of Cusco with your private guide. The first visit will be Sacsayhuaman fortress. The next stop will be the temple of Q’enko and the red fortress of Puca Pucara. The last visit will be Tambomachay before coming back to the city to visit the famous Plaza de Armas and Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun).

Later, spend a quiet evening at your hotel.

Rainbow Mountain Tour (BB, BL)

Admire the beauty of the Rainbow Mountain!                                                                             

This day, early in the morning, we will pick you up from your Hotel in Cusco. Then, we will drive around 3 hours in private transportation to Quesiuno located at 4,320 (masl) (starting point of the trek). At your arrival to Quesiuno, delight yourself with a savory breakfast.

We will start this beautiful hike at 4200 m climbing right up to 5100 masl near the peaks of the Rainbow Mountain. Lead by your expert guide, along the way you will see the beautiful views of red, yellow and green, the colors of the mountains, the streams, the herds of alpacas and llamas, and the spectacular south side of Ausangate mountain ranges.

This is a photographers dream, capturing the vibrant colors of the earth and sky. On our way we will hike through small traditional Andean villages, and see many of the local people with their colorful and traditional dresses.

After a total hike of approximately two hours, we will reach the Mirador spot, from here we can witness the impressive views of Rainbow Mountains located at 5,100 masl. Here we will have time to explore the area, time to rest, and time to enjoy our packed lunch. We will spend approximately around thirty minutes at the top, which gives you plenty of time to take pictures and soak in the environment. Delight yourself with the stunning colors that are natural formations of minerals that have evolved to the stunning colors we see today, from centuries of formation.

Once finished we will start our decent, returning back down the hiking trail from where we came. Your private transportation will be waiting for you to transfer you back to your hotel in Cusco. Spend a quiet evening at your hotel.
